As for Electric Bike, there seems to be adjustment taking place, in order to make the Electric Bike spec be applicable to be rode in Japan, but there is not yet information of its launch timing in Japan nor any information related to price for Electric Bike in Japan.

For Brompton bicycles which we have explained necessary points related to the bicycle, we can send the bicycles to customers.
Furthermore, as for maintenance or repairment, it is possible for customers to send bicycle to our stores.
However, for any maintenance or repairment, please kindly call our store and consult about the content of maintenance or repairment, as well as the method of sending and sending back the bicycle, beforehand.

Credit Cards(VISA/Mastercard/JCB/American Express), or QR Code Payment(such as QuickPay/iD/UnionPay/Prepaid IC card for public transportation), are acceptable.

We do not receive deposits. We receive payment at time of handing the products to customers.

For bicycles that have finished pre-delivery inspection and maintenance, it is possible to hand the bicycle on the day of purchase of bicycle.
If pre-delivery inspection and maintenance of the bicycle is not yet finished, it would be possible to hand the bicycle in between from the next day up to around 1 week after the purchase of bicycle.

It depends on bicycle model, but beside bicycles, there are customers who purchase front luggage, lights, locks, kick-stand, bicycle carrying bags, smart phone holders.

When customer purchase bicycle, we recommend customer to accomplish bicycle theft prevention registration.
This registration allows to prove who the owner of bicycle is, if in case your bicycle is being stolen or kept unattended.
Period of validity of registration is 10 years and costs Yen 660(tax free) for Tokyo.

It is possible to accomplish inspection or repairment of Brompton as well as Tyrell.
Inspection will cost Yen 3,300(including tax).
As for repairment that needs to change parts or that needs to accomplish overhaul, there would be additional fee in which the cost needs to be asked to our store staffs.
For any bicycle beside Brompton or Tyrell, please kindly ask our store staffs.

It depends on the content of repairment as well as congestion situation, but we try best to hand the bicycle on the day customer brings bicycle to the store. There are some year 2023 model bicycles but they are very limited.
Thus, we recommend to make reservation in advance.
